Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. During our initial launch period processing may occasionally take slightly longer; if that happens, we will let you know by email.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and the European Union. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us at info@oleanida.com and we will let you know if we can arrange delivery.

Delivery times

European Union: 7–14 business days. United States: 7–14 business days. These are estimates from the day of dispatch, not the day of order. Customs processing in your country can add extra time and is outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Türkiye may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by your country on arrival. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Every bottle is individually cushioned and packed for international transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@oleanida.com with a photo and we will make it right.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us at info@oleanida.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
