This Privacy Policy explains how OLEANIDA ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit oleanida.com, join our waitlist or buy from us.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
- Contact and order details: name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Waitlist and newsletter: your email address, if you choose to sign up.
- Customer service: the content of messages you send us.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and similar information collected through cookies.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To process, ship and support your order (performance of a contract).
- To keep invoices, tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
- To send waitlist and marketing emails (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us).
- To run, secure and improve our website and prevent fraud (our legitimate interests).
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed to run our business: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, shipping carriers and customs brokers, and email service providers. They may only use your data to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal data for money. Some cookies used for analytics or advertising may count as "selling" or "sharing" under certain US state laws; you can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page or with a Global Privacy Control signal.
5. International transfers
We are based in Türkiye and our service providers may process data in Türkiye, the European Union, the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires (generally up to 10 years). Waitlist and marketing data are kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR, Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work (such as the cart and checkout) and, where you allow them, cookies for analytics and marketing. You can manage your choices in the cookie banner and in your browser settings.
9. Children
Our website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
